I feel the wind through my hair

It kisses my face so gently.

 

I see the wind blowing the leaves

I see the wind floating the seeds

It’s taken my heart

I hear the wind rustling the trees.

 

I feel the wind stroke my skin

It stirs something in me

I taste the rain in the wind.

I hear the soft gentle breeze.

 

Just a fool to believe

Anything’s better than this.

The lake ripples with a gust.

I touch the blowing snow.
