Lived undercover of another.

It was a spirit-crusher.

I’m tellin you today.

You might think I’m stupid.

But the truth is

Love was what made me stay.

Love hurts but builds strength every day.

I don’t like to point my finger.

In the past I do not linger.

No way.

The situation was really getting old.

I got a job and moved

So I will just say, that

 

I’m not looking for attention.

I’m my own invention.

I knew it was time to go.

I waited for so long.

Stayed busy moving on through time.

I tried to do what was right.

I kept up a good fight.

I tried to give and shine my light

All around me.

With those I loved.

There’s no one I stand accusing.

I am one to be forgiving.

I know my loved ones know.

Helped each other get through our woe.

We will always work well together

So…
