Packing up the backpack right.

Be prepared for a long flight.

Headphones and lots of good snacks

Long time before we get back.

 

That’s our flight.

Seeing all,  the sights.

Delighting in the moment

Saving earth, I’m a proponent.

Flying circles ‘round the world

To see its lovely face unfurled

I’m in orbit like a jet pilot.

I wished to, so I went and tried it

To see the ocean waters swirled

 

Share the pictures with all people

So they can see the planet also

To reduce our carbon footprint

We put best pictures into print

 

Seeing lights

Looking down, at night

To see the land masses pure.

My wanderlust, I didn’t fight it.

So, I went to fly, yeah

On a planetary tour.

 

Lookin down from the plane where you realize

The earth is big in one person’s eyes

But recall the truth that underlies

There’s only one earth, only one earth

 

Money can attract greed

Greed can forget the earth’s needs

Recycling is how we need to proceed.

Social media we post

Because we fly

From the trip must get the most.
