You might think I’m crazy

To be seeking good.

I know views are subjective

But I want a world improved.

 

There is no absolute

I know each side feels right.

 

You might think I’m snooty

Believing in firm rules,

But when actions are poor.

The world becomes cruel.

 

I know people are proud

of being who they are.

But you have to set standards.

For them to compare

 

And without any care,

if you fall, no one is there.

 

You might call me crazy

To want a better world

I know we must agree.

Most reject what’s hard.

 

Consequences, there’s no escape.

That’s why people must relate, its innate.

 

The world will fall if winners keep taking all.

They shouldn’t take all.

 

People make erratums.

I know we all do.

That’s why we use forgiveness, in our system.

To get us all through.

People have free will

But, unbalanced worlds do fall.

 

Its ok to celebrate

Exactly who we are

But if it hurts others.

It shouldn’t go too far.

All I want is good.

Just a world improved.
